FrailSurvey: a mobile phone app for self-assessment of the frailty status among community-dwelling older people
FRAILSURVEY is a mobile phone app for self-assessment of frailty status among community-dwelling older people. This mobile app is free of charge, being available for IOS and Android operating systems. The screening of frailty status was based on the Groningen Frailty Index. The app assesses diverse sides of the life of the elderly, namely their mobility, physical shape, vision, hearing, nutrition, as well as cognitive and psychosocial aspects.
Coming of Age for Frailty and Integrated Care
Over 750 delegates from 50 countries participated in the 18th International Conference on Integrated Care (ICIC18) in Utrecht May 23 -25 2018, and a further 2,000 people joined via live webstream.

ADVANTAGE JA’s Steering Committee and General Assembly meeting in Treviso (Italy)
The 5th Steering Committee (SC) meeting and the 2nd General Assembly (GA) meeting of the ADVANTAGE JA took place in Treviso (Italy), respectively on the 19th and the 20th of April. The meetings provided opportunities for discussions, networking and decision-making among the partners.
