WP5 La fragilità a livello della popolazione: un esame sistematico (Frailty at Population Level a Systematic Review)
Il presente riesame riassume i dati relativi alla prevalenza, all'incidenza, alle traiettorie e alle transizioni tra i diversi stadi di fragilità negli Stati membri che partecipano all'iniziativa ADVANTAGE, I dati esistenti su programmi e interventi sistematici per lo screening, la sorveglianza e il monitoraggio della fragilità, compresi quelli forniti nell'ambito delle cure primarie vengono esaminati in 22 Stati membri dell'Unione europea (UE) che aderiscono all'iniziativa ADVANTAGE JA.
