WP5 La fragilidad a nivel de población: una revisión sistemática (Frailty at Population Level a Systematic Review)
Esta revisión resume los datos sobre la prevalencia de la fragilidad, la incidencia, las trayectorias y las transiciones entre las diferentes etapas de fragilidad en los Estados miembros de JA ADVANTAGE (EM). Se investigan las pruebas existentes de programas e intervenciones sistemáticas para el cribado, la vigilancia y el seguimiento de la fragilidad, incluidas las realizadas en el ámbito de la atención primaria, en 22 EM JA ADVANTAGE de la Unión Europea (UE).
